Banki: SOS, nie mamy gotowki ...

Tego jeszcze w gospodarce rynkowej nie bylo. Bankom w bogatych
krajach "zlotego miliarda" grozi brak plynnosci (ilosc gotowki w
sejfach jest mniejsza od prognozowanych wyplat).
Banki po prostu stracily orientacje w proporcjach wielkosci
udzielania kredytow do zabezpieczenia (collateral). Ponadto banki

After the close of World War I, in his 1919 work, The Economic
Consequences of Peace, even good old John Maynard Keynes agrees:

“Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the
Capitalist System was to debauch the currency. As the inflation
proceeds and the real value of the currency fluctuates wildly from
month to month, all permanent relations between debtors and
creditors, which form the ultimate foundation of capitalism, become
so utterly disordered as to be almost meaningless: and the process
of wealth-getting degenerates into a gamble and a lottery.”

Dla ekonomistow z dobra znajomoscia angielskiego:

ABCP is a device used by banks to get operating assets such as trade
receivables funded by issuance of securities. Traditionally, banks
devised ABCP conduits as a device to put their current asset credits
off their balance sheets and yet provide liquidity support to
clients whose working capital needs are funded by the bank. If the
bank wants to release the regulatory capital that is locked in this
credit asset, the bank can set up a conduit, essentially a special
purpose vehicle that issues commercial paper. The conduit will buy
the receivables of the client and get the same funded by issuance of
commercial paper. The bank will be required to provide some
liquidity support to the conduit, as it is practically impossible to
match the maturities of the CP to the realization of trade
receivables. Thus, the credit asset is moved off the balance sheet,
giving the bank a regulatory relief.
