My boyfriend has not paid a bill for internet. Now we don't kwow what amount
of money we have to pay because when I am are colling the company asking for
it, they don't want to talk with me but with my boyfrind. He can not speake
english. What kind of after effects internet company can put on us if we will
not pay the bill? (It was internet with laptop)

Contact with them via internet (e-mail). Don't you have Direct Debit ? So ypu should have been receiving paper bills and the next one will show overall amount.

in fact i do not get it... means i do not understand your problem. can not your
boyfriend just join you ehile calling to this shop assistance and sya by means
of your help "i do not speak english, can my girlfriend explain all problems"?
