Swimming trening in English - help, please...

A friend of mine is a swimming trainer and wants me to help him lead the classes in English since he has to do that. What commends are common? What should I know?
At the moment I can come up only with a few, like -
let's swim 2 lengths ( of the pool).
Work more with legs/hands...
breathe in/inhale vs breathe out/exhale...

is there a special code/language used within swimmers or things like I mentioned are correct??

You might have better luck on Swimming Only forum ;)
Can't your swimming instructor friend tell you what instrustions are commonly used and what you should know?
If you post a list of phrases in Polish, I'm sure someone will come along to help you out with them.
It's just too much to start a list from scratch not knowing the age and ability level of your swimmers. And I'm sure you can do a general Google search for yourself as well as anyone else.
