well, there is an explanation of the name....
get this:

Limp biscuit is a "first-come" game that often occurs in fraternity
initiations. A number of men masturbate, in a circle jerk fashion, onto some
food item (usually a biscuit, hence the name) the objective being to ejaculate
as early as possible. The person who is last to ejaculate is forced to eat the
biscuit, which by this point has absorbed the semen of the other men.
