What crap! It's neither 'more professional' nor better English... Shows
obsession with... 'sounding good' & frankly, is off putting... IMO.

I'm afraid it doesn't look impressive. Administration
unapplied to responsibility or function seems abstract
and redundant and begs to be dispensed with. Will the
director deign to administer something?

...the whole title is a bit highsounding yes, but the man has asked for a
translation not for comments re director's responsibility...and translation is
what I've supplied...
