answering honestly as a pole - what in your opinion are the good and bad
aspects of your nation and culture?

the best aspect is the ability of every Pole to adapt to ever-changing
circumstances. A lot of Poles would make awsome intelligence and counter-
inteligence agents. Everything from world wars to mafia proves it.

Williness to learn anything, even English - that's the good side.
Very few learn it really well - that's the bad side.

Poles are generally good in conspiring against the common
enemy. They can build an underground state.
When there is no common enemy and the state is above the
ground IT'S A MESS.
PS. Poles are also known for giving usolicited advice.

Proud, passionate, warm, emotionally charged, politically aware,
academically and financially ambitious, energetic, dynamic (abroad!),
curious and friendly most of the time...but also...

..snobbish, elitist, racist, discriminating, judgmental, full of complexes,
chauvinistic, over-dressed for the occasion (most of the time surpassing
even the Italians, Spanish and Russians) feeling inferior to Western and
American "culture" and most importantly, contrary to popular belief ,
lacking joy of life and sense of humour.

Did you notice how Polish streets are full of vicious and sad, solemn long
faces?

Let's also mention disastrous over-indulgence in alcohol and national
nicotine addiction!

A nation of lone heroes, not good at team playing at all !
