"In the Guiness Book of Records, Richer Sounds _warrants_ an entry for the
highest sales per square foot of any retailer in the UK[...]"

Znalazłam tłumaczenie, że to nakaz aresztowania bądź też upoważnienie, ale
jakoś mi żadne z tych tłumaczeń do całości zdania nie pasuje :/

      "A likeable bloke who wears his blond hair in a pony tail and operates from a
      small converted Victorian vinegar factory in Bermondsey, south-eas London, he
      _raps_ out his pitch."

      rap= hit sharply and swiftly; strike;
      rap= to criticize or blame
      rap= /slang/ talk, discussion

      Which one is correct? I did't found anything like "rap out"...
