GB, UK and COMMONWEALTH differences

Because there's one more term:
the British Isles = Great Britain + Ireland + smaller adjacent islands

To many Irish people, as well as some Scottish and Welsh nationalists, the term
is unacceptable. They feel offended because that seems to imply that their
countries are part of the "islands of Britain", in some way subordinate to the
British government.
