Today I heard on TV something more or less like that:
1. What do you like to sing?
2. You have a chance to see and hear Doda perform this song.
My question is if those sentences are gramatically correct.

        I'm sorry, but you're wrong. First of all, "what do you like to sing?"
        and "what would you like to sing?" are completely different questions. Neither
        is grammatically incorrect. And because we don't know the context, we can't
        really say that your suggestion is better.
        Secondly, there is a difference between "see/hear sb do sth" and "see/hear sb
        doing sth" (again, both are correct). First one means that we saw the whole of
        an action; the one with the -ing form means that we saw only a part of it.
        Somehow, I think that you don't get invited to see just a part of sb's
        performance, so the original sentence suits here much better.
