The outcome will be that nobody can prove whether or not Jesus existed.
I think this is obvious, and that the whole thing is intended to provoke debate.
It is generally accepted that Jesus was born in approximately 0 - 6 AD, that he
told people to love each other and his god, and that he was nailed to a piece
of wood by some Italian soldiers around 33 AD.
The exact details of his life are debatable, since the evidence is rarely
reliable and never objective. Some believe he was a prophet, some believe he
was a carpenter, some believe he was the son of one of the gods they had at the
time.
A sensible court will defend priests' freedom of speech.
