What the American expression "ivy-educated" is supposed to mean? Is it an
euphemism for "uneducated"?

      Heck no!

      It indicates individual educated in one of the prestigious and EXTREMELY
      EXPENSIVE private colleges such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton ....

        Ivy League schools, are universities form the northestern part of the US, being
        known for academic and athletic excellence. Basically, the oldest and the best
        schools from the northeast. Those are Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth,
        Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale.

        'Ivy League', because the prestigious buildings are old enough to have ivy
        climbing all over. Just a point of interest.
