...Polish partners of US citizens and others

Yea that is me and my girlfriend. Is hard for her to get in the US at least it
takes a long time. May even take longer now after what has happened. Anyone
esle out there trying to stay together with a partner not of the same country
as you are?

If your girlfriend is still a student (even post-grad one) she should not have
any problems with getting a student visa.
My post-grad student friend got one a week ago and it was, mind you, after the
11th. No question asked.

No my partner is 33 and has already a Master's Dregree from Poland. She is
working in US on H-1 visa while she waits on info from INS about greencard.
