BEWARE
Had I managed to read a reviw on this holiday Hotel i would have canceled. In
all my years of holidays i have never felt the need to leave a review but this
experience was not a good one. Yes with every holiday comes its downfalls but
this hotel management took the **** This hotel was a total rip off. The hotel
is situated down a long dirt track surrounded by building half built although
the hotel itself was very nice with beautiful grounds, and imaculately clean
the holiday was totally spoilt by the rip-off system it ran and the food.

The hotel was supposed 2 b all-inclusive it also stated this on the website,
when we arrive u had 2 pay for tennis hire, ping-pong hire, pool table hire
basically anything they had or competitions like pool the animation team
arranged was extra which wasnt cheap with 3 kids. The evening entertainment in
2 weeks was 2 leather fashion shows (the same) one of the girls did a little
belly dance and one snake charmer another night , the rest of the holiday the
animation team did the same old things, it was dreadful.

The hot water wasnt switched on till 5.30pm this was dificult with 3 kids at
first a technician was sent but it continued for the whole holiday it was the
hotel poilcy (it was supposed 2 b 4*) If u wanted to us the jacuzzi this was
extra and the kids were chased out of the indoor pool.

The food was diabolical i could say unlesss u have a very international palate,
the meat was generally non exsistent (never saw a joint of meat the whole
holiday) we were even seved chicken wings, the kids couldn't eat the chips, i
had 2 ask to have them cooked ,but they were frozen chips and hard as rocks or
stone cold. The kids were so hungary we had 2 take them out to eat after
checking what was on the menu. In the end we gave up on breakfast u couldnt
even have a piece of toast. So we spent a lot of money on holiday we need not
have.

There were hardly any drinks included on the all-inclusive quite afew times we
saw the waiters using the remains of drinks which the would top up to give as a
drink, so they had 2 be watched closely. The hotel also ran on a credit-card
system and anything bought from the bar after 12 or from its shop was deducted
from that, (the took your eyes out!) Let me not forget the kids slides they
were only switched on 2 times a day for an hour a time, hardly anything for the
kids to do due to the total lack of motivation of the animation team.

So if your a Brit and go to this hotel good luck we had a bad experience with
this place it was run by a greedy management system who did them selves no
justice. Dissapointed and GLAD to be home!
Before i go.
Beware of the hotel camera man he followed u everywhere and pestered u to look
at his photos of u every time u walked past he worked there till 10.30ish at
night and it became very difficult 2 avoid him.
I have never been to Turkey before but i have been all over the world and
stopped in no stars , when i book a 4 star for the kids i expect a degree of
what is expected and described on the website and by the telsales people. Hence
my review. I hope i was of assistance to you in your decision had i managed 2
find reviews on the hotel i would not have booked!

Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziecmi. Apartamenty przestronne i czyste.Co dwa dni
zmieniane reczniki i posciel.Posiłki smaczne i w miarę urozmaicone/śniadania
trochę monotonne/.Do plaży ok500m ,przejście pod ulicą tunelem podziemnym.
Na plaży ok 60 zadaszonych leżaków ,bar serwuje piwo i napoje,a od12.30-13.30
hamburgery i frytki.Zespół basenowy czynny do godziny 19.00.,zjeżdżalnie czynne
dwa razy dziennie po 1 godzinie.Lezaki przy basenach niestety trzeba rezerwować
rano.Do 5 sierpnia w hotelu jest polska animatorka Elwira. Program
animacyjny przy dużym basenie to głównie:piłka wodna, darty, gry planszowe dla
dzieci, gimnastyka wodna, pool dance, mini klubik. Wieczorem mini disco oraz
show time. Poza głównymi posiłkami polecamy od godz.10.00-17.00 specjalne
nadziewane tureckie naleśniki,przygotowywane w ogrodzie przy basenie. Lunch
przygotowywny jest w dwóch restauracjach: snack bar z jedzeniem typu
pizza,hamburgery,frytki,pieczone ziemniaki oraz w restauracji głównej - wybór
sałatek,jarzyny gorące,danie mięsne ,desery,owoce,zupy.Podawana jest również
zupa o godzinie 23.00.Obsługa hotelowa miła,stara się mówić po polsku.
W sklepiku z pamiątkami oraz minimarkecie można płacić gotówką.
Przy zameldowaniu obowiązkowo trzeba wykupić kartę za 50 dolarów lub euro
na płatności min. w barze za lody, alkohole/które nie wchodzą w skład all.
Uwaga nie jest to traktowane jako depozyt tyko wykup od hotelu lirów
tureckich.Jeżeli nie wykorzysta sie pieniędzy to zwrot następuje już po innym
kursie/oczywiście niekorzystnym/.W pokojach klimatyzatory są tylko w
salonach,nie można ich indywidualnie regulować/brak pilotów/Za pilota do
telewizora jest kaucja 10 dolarów.W częsci pokoi jest problem z elektrycznością-
przećwiczyliśmy to niestety przez prawie połowę pobytu.Przed kolacją często
brakuje ciepłej wody.
Bylismy od 14.07-28.07.2004. Pomimo drobnych mankamentów jesteśmy bardzo
zadowoleni.Wspominamy ten pobyt bardzo dobrze.

W Club Mermaid Village 4* (Incekum Turkler koło Alanyi) byłem w czerwcu 2006
wraz z żoną oraz córkami (10 lat i 3 m-ce). Byliśmy w bardzo wielu hotelach
gdzie było bardzo dobrze, średnio lub pełna porażka. Tym razem byliśmy bardzo
zadowoleni i nie chcieliśmy wyjeżdżać. Na luksusy nie ma co liczyć ale sam
hotel jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. Nawet tam gdzie nie zdąża zrobić remontu
używa się farby przynajmniej do odświeżenia. Baseny super czyste co jest
podstawą po naszych przykrych doświdczeniach w 4*. Jedzenie może nie powala na
kolana urozmaiceniem ale jest smaczne i co ważne świeże. Personel bardzo miły
szczególnie nastawiony przyjażnie do rodzin z małymi dzidziusiami. Dostępne
fotele do karmienia, łóżeczka dziecinne i hotelowe wózki. Animacje może nie
bardzo rzóżnicoweane ale zaspół animacyjny złożony z Turków i Gruzinów bardzo
miły i przyjazny. Nie kazano nam wykupować żadnej karty płatniczej a nawet nie
proponowano. Pomimo pewnego oddalenia od plaży łatwy jest do niej dostęp; czy
to pieszo czy też hotelowym busem podobnie jak łatwo też dojechać busem za 1,5
Euro do Alanyi. Bardzo blisko jest też do Avsallar w przeciwnym kierunku.
Obiekt składa sie z trzech budynków 2 pietrowych z apartamentami (salon z
aneksem kuchewnnym, sypielnia, łazienka) oraz dwu poziomowymi suitami (wielki
salon z aneksem kuchennym, dwoma sypialniami na pierze oraz łazienką) a także
budynku 5 piętrowego z pokojami około 28m. Dobrze wyposażony fitness, sala
kinowa, dyskoteka, kawiarenka internetowa, sklepiki. Ładnie utrzymanu
ogród.Przy głównym basenie spory gwar ale przy drugim basenie oaza spokoju.
Leżaki zajmowaliśmy około 9.30. Ogólnie nie liczcie na luksus ale z czystą
życzliwością polecam ten obiekt.Przy opisie staram się być obiektywny mając
doświadczenie z hotelami różnej kategorii w całym basenie morza śródziemnego,
czerwonego i zachodniego wybrzeża Afryki (kraje Islamu) gdzie pojęcie czystości
i klasy jest pojęciem bardzo płynnym i względnym.
