Health is very important in our life. We all should care of our health to
enjoy life the longest. Leading healthy lifestyle we have to take notice of
food we eat. We should to avoid the tasty meals and sweets. Instead of that
we ought to eat more vegetables and fruits. We also ought to eat fresh
fishes – once or twice a week. If we want to be healthy we shouldn’t smoke
cigarettes and drink alcohol. As we all know it can bring to dependency, hard
diseases, and also to death. If we want to be in form we should to lead an
active lifestyle. It would be the best to start with regular bike rides and
then gradually limit car driving. We should go for walks more often and
necessarily practise some sports. If we are not able to buy expensive sport
equipment we always can go on swimming pool, ice rink or we can just go
jogging in the neighbourhood. In order to be healthy we must go to bed
between ten p.m. and midnight and sleep about eight hours. If we follow these
instructions, we will always be well rested after good sleep and ready to
carry out our duties. Spending many hours on watching TV or working with
computers may harm your health. It can damage our sight and it is also
harmful for our posture. We often stoop when we sit.

about our health more effectively.
