    Can I pick your brains on this one?
    Would someone enlighten me, what's that all about in the Polish
    realms.
    It's been well over a decade since I've visited the old country and have
    positively no idea about the home economy...
    It has been said that the bill will cause the private rents to go up by a
    whopping 100% ?!
    Will that also push the value of the properties up inline with the Western
    Europe's real estate mad race?
