Tributo a Joao Paulo II.

I would like to give my tribute to Karol Wojtyła in this forum and to all
Poles.

Portugal was very important to John Paul II and he will always be in the
heart of Portuguese people.

I had the privilege of seeing him very close during his visit to Portugal in
1982. Probably he was the first Pole I saw in my life and I'm very proud of
this. (I would never imagine that I would live in his country) :-)

Portugal has a great faith and devotion to Holly Mary -like the Pope had.
The miracle of the "tres pastorinhos" or "milagre de Fatima" would never be
so known if the Pope John Paul wouldn't be supporting and believing so much
in sister Lucia.

I'm sure the Catholic Church has a new Saint.

Nunca te esqueceremos Joao Paulo II!

Na prawde jest bardzo ciezko pisac o tym, bo nawet nie wiadomo co napisac.
Byl to wspanialy czlowiekk i nikt w to nie watpi.
Caly swiat, rózne religie widzialy w nim (i nadal widza) szczerosc,
poswiecenie, niesamowita osobowosc i wszystko to co najlepsze moze byc w
czlowieku...
Jedyne co możemy teraz zrobić, to być myslami, duszą i sercem przy NIM...
I wierzyc w to, że jest teraz szczęśliwy.

"Mensageiro da paz" said all the posters during His visit to Angola in 1992. I
believe he truely was one and that it contributed to maintain peace for longer
in this beautiful country, despite all the past antagonisms and present ill
wills. I hope next Pope will be from Africa though I know it's quite impossible.
Africa deserves it.
